Job description

Annuities Skills/Experience required:
  • Direct experience of the Annuity industry, including experience of annuity pricing, product development and project management
  • Demonstrated ability to be commercially focused with an interest in company strategy and creating efficient processes
  • Ability to create a vision for delivery of products that create customer value, innovation, and commercial opportunity in an efficient manner.
  • The ability to influence key stakeholders in terms of strategic direction and the implications of different strategic choices for future income.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while retaining a high standard of work
  • Given the degree of interaction with other parts of the business, strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital.

Alternative Investments Skills/Experience required/desired:
  • Understanding of private client financial services across the brokerage and advisory space
  • Experience with hedge and private equity funds; experience in the alternative investments industry
  • Experience with support for and management of non-financial assets (real assets) i.e. real estate, farmland, timberland, oil & gas, private businesses
  • Experience with communication and/or content management systems; experience with website maintenance and/or design
  • Financial services designations and/or registrations, such as CFA, CAIA, CFP, CPA, Series 7/66
