About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Revenue Accountant to join our growing team. This position may be based in Dallas, Texas, in a hybrid arrangement, or fully remote for the right candidate , depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of the revenue accounting function from wellhead to financial reporting.

This role will be responsible for revenue processing, royalty reporting, regulatory compliance, reconciliations, and special projects across multiple operated and non-operated properties. Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile monthly oil, gas, and NGL revenue. Review purchaser statements, settlements, pricing, volumes, and revenue allocations.

Maintain and reconcile revenue suspense balances. Prepare and review royalty owner payments and owner relations inquiries. Manage reporting and compliance requirements with: Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) Texas General Land Office (GLO) New Mexico regulatory and royalty reporting agencies Review and reconcile severance taxes and production-related reporting.

Coordinate with land, operations, production accounting, and management teams to resolve ownership, pricing, and volume discrepancies. Perform month-end account reconciliations and support financial close processes. Assist with acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence projects, audits, and special accounting projects.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Prepare ad hoc analysis and management reports as requested. .
