• Provide counseling services to clients experiencing a range of emotional and psychological conditions through secure video conferencing.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable and low-acuity clients who are actively seeking help with emotional and mental health challenges. These clients have been thoroughly screened to ensure they are suitable for remote counseling, allowing you to dedicate your time to providing quality care without the added barriers of crisis management. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills to foster rapport with clients and effectively address their concerns.
• Proficient in using digital tools and online platforms for counseling sessions.

• Proven experience working as a mental health counselor with a stable client base.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy approaches and techniques.
• Experience in remote counseling or telehealth platforms is a plus.

Innerlight Health Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked and client load.
