As a Field Specialist - Artificial Lift System, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing installation/pulling of AccessESP Retrievable ESP system and associated equipment in offshore and onshore assignment.

  • Assisting and managing of ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.

  • Performing frequent travel on international or domestic on short notice given at times

  • Handling special projects as assigned

  • Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Technical Degree or equivalent or 5 years of ALS, Completions, or Wireline field experience

  • Be a leader on the rig

  • Overcommunicate with customers and internal Baker team.

  • Have ALS, Completions or Wireline background

  • Have extensive technical experience in running Electrical Submersible Pump or Artificial Lift tools or equipment. Completions background a plus.

  • Have analytical skill to route ESP problem during troubleshooting

  • Have valid offshore experience

  • Have ability to use basic computer programs to complete daily paperwork flawlessly

  • Have Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Working Skills
