• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methods to create personalized treatment strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Provide a wide array of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and additional modalities to foster resilience and emotional well-being.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and professionalism in patient care.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of client health.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings designed to enhance the quality of care and integrate best practices into your therapeutic approach.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge that fosters hope and resilience.

Our center serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and a thorough understanding of therapeutic modalities that meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of trusted therapeutic relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling effective navigation of complex situations and promoting positive client outcomes.

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting, providing individual and group therapy services.
