Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, guiding the development of individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and circumstances.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions focused on various issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and general mental health conditions. Utilize various therapeutic modalities based on client preferences and the latest clinical guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date electronic records by documenting patient medical histories, progress notes, treatment plans, and outcomes using our integrated health software, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support and linkage to community resources for clients in acute distress.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, offering insights into clients’ psychosocial stressors to enhance overall treatment strategies and outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Open Arms Counseling Solutions, you will work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
