• Build and sustain trusting relationships with clients to foster an open and safe therapeutic environment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders, employing clinical tools and standardized assessments.
• Create tailored treatment plans that address the individual needs of each client, adapting approaches as necessary to align with their therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using therapeutic techniques designed to promote cognitive and emotional healing.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress through follow-up meetings, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to refer clients to necessary specialists for comprehensive care.
• Maintain detailed and timely records of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life challenges. • Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in providing effective individual and/or group therapy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, ensuring high-quality care.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and various treatment modalities is preferred.

• A background in crisis intervention and support.
• Experience working in community health settings.
• Understanding of family dynamics and their influence on mental health.
• Proficiency in conducting workshops or group sessions emphasizing mental health education is an advantage.
