This position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide therapy and support from the comfort of your home office while contributing to a collaborative online working environment. However, our team convenes regularly for team meetings and professional development to ensure cohesive communication and staff engagement. You will be utilizing a secure telehealth platform to conduct assessments and therapy sessions, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care in a safe environment.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, strengths, and specific needs.
• Provide effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the individual goals of each patient.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create integrated treatment plans ensuring coordinated and holistic care for our clients.
• Assist patients and their families in understanding their diagnoses, treatment options, community resources, and medications, empowering them to make informed decisions about their mental health care.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing techniques grounded in research and efficacy.
• Develop and review personalized treatment plans in collaboration with your treatment team, considering both patient goals and evidence-based practices.
• Advocate for patients by assisting them in navigating the complexities of the mental health system, enhancing their access to necessary resources and services.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings to prepare patients for successful transitions in their care.

You will primarily work with adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Clients may also include individuals struggling with substance use disorders, behavioral challenges, and relationship issues. Your role is to create a safe space for them to express their concerns, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and remote patient engagement strategies is a plus.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and familiarity with psychosocial assessment tools.

The salary range for this position is competitive and falls between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
