Harmonius Mental Health Services is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) for full-time remote positions within an expansive outpatient practice. Work Environment

This full-time role is conducted remotely, giving you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule. Our typical work hours run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for some flexibility based on the unique needs of our patients. Your home office will be your base for providing evidenced-based interventions, empowering patients from various backgrounds to find effective solutions to their mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapies, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring clients receive the most effective interventions.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community and provide essential coping strategies for individuals dealing with common mental health issues.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, coordinating care to deliver holistic treatment to each patient.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
  • Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and the resources available in the community to assist in their recovery journeys.
  • Maintain precise, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient interactions are accurately recorded.
  • Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to refine treatment strategies and ensure ongoing quality of care.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy through continuing education, enhancing your skills and therapeutic approaches.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a keen ability to adopt therapeutic modalities that are client-centered.
