Work Environment

This full-time role is conducted remotely, giving you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule. Our typical work hours run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for some flexibility based on the unique needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapies, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring clients receive the most effective interventions.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community and provide essential coping strategies for individuals dealing with common mental health issues.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, coordinating care to deliver holistic treatment to each patient.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
  • Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and the resources available in the community to assist in their recovery journeys.
  • Maintain precise, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient interactions are accurately recorded.

Qualifications
