About the Organization

At Young Mind Support, LLC, we prioritize holistic mental health approaches tailored to individual needs. Our organization focuses on delivering therapeutic services through telehealth, allowing us to reach a diverse clientele across Coos Bay, Oregon, and potentially beyond. • Provide therapy and supportive therapeutic counseling to individuals facing complex diagnoses, employing therapeutic models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and behavior modification.
  • Deliver clinical supervision and oversight to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with a network of community professionals to create cross-system treatment plans that address clients' diverse needs effectively.
  • Respond promptly to crisis situations, assessing the urgency of patientsโ€™ needs, and providing immediate care and referrals as necessary.
  • Engage in ongoing training and education on clinical topics, sharing knowledge with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with clients from various backgrounds, with a specific emphasis on mothers and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals dealing with co-occurring disorders and complex needs, ensuring that your therapeutic interventions cater to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
  • An independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required to practice.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records management and effective digital communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills within a Windows operating environment.
  • Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders is essential for effectively addressing clientsโ€™ concerns.
  • A strong ability to manage a sizeable caseload while collaborating with support staff and other providers.
  • A proven commitment to improving behavioral health outcomes and positively impacting clientsโ€™ lives.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings.
  • Previous work with populations facing economic and social challenges.
  • Familiarity with community resources and systems relevant to mental health care.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is competitive, with an annual income ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000. Young Mind Support, LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Life and disability insurance, offering peace of mind for you and your family.
  • Professional liability insurance to protect you in your practice.
  • An employee assistance program providing mental health support and resources.
  • Minimal paperwork, allowing you to focus more on client care than administrative tasks.
  • A full caseload that ensures a busy and rewarding schedule.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you healthy.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Young Mind Support, LLC, we believe in fostering professional development. As a therapist, you will have access to continued education and training opportunities, allowing you to advance your skills and grow in your career.
