You will work from a telehealth facility, utilizing secure and efficient electronic medical records and communication tools to engage with clients and collaborate with team members effectively. • Perform comprehensive assessments to determine the initial treatment needs of clients, including conducting intake sessions and completing Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments.
• Utilize the DSM V to formulate precise mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect standard practice guidelines.
• Provide therapy and supportive therapeutic counseling to individuals facing complex diagnoses, employing therapeutic models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and behavior modification.
• Deliver clinical supervision and oversight to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a network of community professionals to create cross-system treatment plans that address clients' diverse needs effectively.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations, assessing the urgency of patients’ needs, and providing immediate care and referrals as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing training and education on clinical topics, sharing knowledge with team members to enhance overall service delivery.

Your primary focus will be working with clients from various backgrounds, with a specific emphasis on mothers and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals dealing with co-occurring disorders and complex needs, ensuring that your therapeutic interventions cater to their unique circumstances.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• An independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required to practice.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records management and effective digital communication skills.
• Strong computer skills within a Windows operating environment.
• Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders is essential for effectively addressing clients’ concerns.
• A strong ability to manage a sizeable caseload while collaborating with support staff and other providers.
• A proven commitment to improving behavioral health outcomes and positively impacting clients’ lives.

• Experience with evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings.
• Previous work with populations facing economic and social challenges.
• Familiarity with community resources and systems relevant to mental health care.
