This position is set within a dynamic outpatient office environment, primarily operated in a remote work setting to provide flexibility. • Coordinate comprehensive mental health services in collaboration with case managers, medical personnel, and families to ensure cohesive care.
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and trainings to contribute to professional development and team culture.
• Develop and implement individualized, culturally sensitive treatment plans that account for developmental stages and unique family dynamics.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose and assess mental health conditions, followed by the creation of tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including ongoing assessment updates and treatment plan reviews, in compliance with organizational policies.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to empower clients to set and achieve their personal and professional goals.
• Prepare and submit session notes and other required documentation to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

The counselor will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university is required.
• Must possess a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to maintain case documentation and submit reports according to established timelines.
• Demonstrated capability to set and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
• Must pass a background check as a prerequisite for employment.

• Experience working with electronic health records and proficiency in Office 365; familiarity with Valant is a plus.
• Comfort and experience engaging with a diverse array of clients.

• Annual salary range between USD 80,000 – 122,000 based on experience and qualifications.
