Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at providing superior mental health care, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client base you'll serve varies widely, encompassing individuals from different backgrounds and with diverse mental health needs. You will engage with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related conditions, requiring a sensitive and tailored approach to counseling. Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a valid counseling license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Experience working with a diverse client population and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals from varying backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
