Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on established therapeutic goals collaboratively with each client.
• Provide an array of evidence-based therapy services, custom-tailored to fit the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
• Utilize a mix of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, employing our digital management systems.
• Engage in ongoing consultations with peers to share insights and enhance therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population comprises diverse individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be equipped with resources to address the specific needs of each client, providing tailored care through platforms that ensure their privacy and comfort during sessions.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic connection with clients in a virtual setting.
• Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities to efficiently balance multiple clients and maintain thorough documentation.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in remote therapy, as well as those who have developed specialized techniques or programs aimed at specific demographics or issues. Familiarity with digital therapy tools and platforms is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 104,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
