• Conduct one-on-one remote therapy sessions with clients, addressing their unique mental health needs and family dynamics.
• Engage in active listening and empathetic communication to build rapport and trust with clients, promoting an open dialogue.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to client goals.
• Utilize assessment tools and outcome measures to track and document client progress over time.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, employing clinical skills to guide clients through acute emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to coordinate holistic care.

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to couples navigating complex relational issues. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.
• Demonstrated experience in remote therapy provision, particularly via telehealth platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring efficiency in client management and documentation.

• Previous work in community health settings, particularly with underserved populations.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
