In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for a diverse array of clinical tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique needs and developing personalized treatment plans grounded in established best practices.
• Delivering effective psychotherapy interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to patients’ therapeutic goals.
