• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, preferences, and clinical goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, varied treatment options, and essential self-care strategies.
• Monitor and document client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in strict accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations, peer reviews, and professional development to stay abreast of best practices.
• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs and address any stigmatization they may encounter in society.
