Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule. Therapists are expected to work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on client needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to understand their mental health challenges and tailor personalized treatment plans that utilize solution-focused interventions.
  • Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring evidence-based practices are at the forefront of client care.

Qualifications
