The selected candidate will earn a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments via interviews, observations, and medical record reviews to evaluate each patient's emotional and social factors affecting recovery.
• Offering counseling and emotional support to patients and their families, addressing adjustment issues and promoting overall well-being.
• Collaborating closely with the rehabilitation team to create individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's psychosocial and clinical needs.
• Guiding patients in accessing vital community resources, such as vocational rehabilitation and specialized support groups, to ensure seamless integration into society.
• Educating families about available community resources and post-rehabilitation services to aid in their loved ones’ successful transition to daily living.
• Participating in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions from the detox center to home or alternative care settings.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of psychosocial adjustment issues, grief, coping mechanisms, and their impact on recovery.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to engage empathetically with diverse patient populations.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will stand out:

• Prior experience working in a rehabilitation or medical setting.
