BMA is seeking an Infrastructure Application and Database SME to join our team supporting our AMPS program. This is a fully remote role.
Job Summary
Provides expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the subject matter. Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills. Has strong command of the English language. Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious. Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated. Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product. Provides IT services in multiple technical areas (e.g., Information Systems Architecture, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering), or a specific functional area (e.g., Identity and Access Management, Identity Analytics, Identity Governance). Administers, implements and sustains and troubleshoots Oracle Database, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Single Sign-On (SSO)/Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Provides technical writing to ensure all reports and deliverables are delivered with timeliness and quality to the government.
Clearance Requirements
There is a Secret clearance requirement for this role upon hire.
Required Skills & Certifications
  • Seven (7) years of experience.
  • Have supported DoD or Federal Oracle Identity products on an OIM, OAM, SOA based platform 12c or higher.
  • Has strong command of the English language.
  • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) prior to onboarding.
