Job description

Flexible Home-Based Opportunity | Training & Support Provided

Children with complex medical needs enter foster care every day and urgently need safe, stable homes with caregivers who understand their unique challenges.

Our licensed child placement agency is seeking Registered Nurses interested in becoming therapeutic foster parents for medically fragile children and youth.

Why Nurses?

Your experience with medications, medical routines, care coordination, and patient advocacy can make a life-changing difference for a child in foster care.

What We Provide

• Foster parent training and licensing support
• 24/7 agency and clinical support
• Monthly reimbursement for child-related care
• Access to medical and therapeutic resources

Qualifications

• Active RN license preferred
• Age 21+
• Stable home environment
• Ability to complete licensing requirements

This is not traditional employment. Foster parents are licensed caregivers who receive reimbursement and agency support while providing care for children in foster care.

Your nursing skills can provide more than medical care—they can provide safety, stability, and a place a child can call home.
