Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake a variety of crucial tasks to address the mental health needs of our clients, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate individual patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on best practices.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques tailored to client preferences and requirements.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and maintain continuity of services.
• Participating in peer review and case consultation meetings to ensure quality assurance and improve treatment practices.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, available resources, and treatment options, fostering understanding and empowerment.
• Staying updated on industry research and clinical practices to continually enhance service delivery and patient care.

You will engage with a varied client population experiencing diverse mental health disorders. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other significant life challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
