Work Environment

As a remote position offering a full-time work schedule, you will have the flexibility to manage your responsibilities from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a supportive team committed to making a difference in our clients' lives. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Engage effectively with insurance companies to coordinate pre-certification and manage utilization reviews, ensuring clients receive necessary coverage for their treatment.
  • Participate actively in developing discharge plans and aftercare services tailored to individual client needs.
  • Facilitate therapeutic meal support sessions, helping clients establish a healthy relationship with food and promoting nutrition as part of their recovery journey.
  • Provide empathetic, safe, and affirming care that considers the unique circumstances of each client, addressing their diverse needs and intersecting identities.
