Job description

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a Regional Account Manager. Opportunity is to recruit Registered Dietitians to join our team, manage the onboarding process, and train dietitians as needed. Position is Remote work.

Position includes:
  • Recruit registered dietitians, screen resumes, interview and select talent who have demonstrated the required knowledge and experience to meet the needs of the organization
  • Advertise job openings using various job boards, social media and specialized networks including managing the Applicant Tracking System
  • Oversee the new hire onboarding processes
  • Train dietitians on EMR and Clinical Skills as needed
  • Manage Client Relationships and connect new hires to the client
  • Requirements:
