The Senior LCSW will be instrumental in shaping the therapeutic experience for our clients by fulfilling the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based Psychotherapy techniques tailored to the individual client's situation.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices for documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists, to provide holistic care to clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies, promoting informed decision-making.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of current mental health research, therapeutic methodologies, and best practices.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
