This remote position allows social workers the luxury of engaging clients from the comfort of their own workspace while being part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, psychiatrists, and nurses. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing Telehealth tools to evaluate the mental health needs of patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, taking into account the specific circumstances and histories of patients.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions using video conferencing platforms.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical records in adherence to our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide coordinated care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Provide psychoeducation and support resources to patients and their families that empower them to understand their mental health challenges and treatment options.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying updated on the latest research, treatment modalities, and tools that can benefit our patient population.

In this role, you will serve a diverse group of clients, including individuals facing various mental health issues, families in crisis, and patients at different stages of their psychosocial journeys. Your role is crucial in helping them navigate the complexities of their conditions, providing them with tools and practices that improve their quality of life and bolster their mental resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Michigan is mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills to foster meaningful connections with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage clinical documentation and maintain accurate records.

• At least two years of clinical social work experience, particularly in hospice or palliative care settings.
• Experience delivering mental health services remotely through teletherapy platforms.
• Familiarity with managing a varied caseload and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

• Salary of USD 80,000–100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
