• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to ascertain their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that focus on their growth and recovery.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques, tailored to address specific patient challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, and other social workers, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families to equip them with tools necessary for managing mental health conditions.
• Stay abreast of current research, methodologies, and best practices within the mental health field to continuously improve service offerings and patient care.

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will engage with a diverse population, encompassing individuals of various ages and backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Our clinic is particularly focused on assisting patients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other pervasive mental health conditions. Your role will be critical in fostering a safe and supportive space for these individuals to explore their experiences and work towards recovery.

• Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited institution, with a valid LCSW license in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, allowing for effective collaboration within a team and clear conveyance of ideas and treatment plans.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a social work capacity, particularly within outpatient mental health settings.
• Experience working in community health clinics or similar environments where flexibility and patient-centered care are priorities.
