• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive assessments of clients, understanding their backgrounds and presenting issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support client well-being.
• Implement solution-focused strategies in individual and group therapy sessions to promote mental health resilience.
• Keep precise clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, including engagement with psychiatrists, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Offer education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with tools for ongoing mental health maintenance.
• Continuously engage in professional development to stay informed of the latest mental health trends and research.

As an LICSW at Entryway Health and Wellness Clinic, you will primarily work with a varied client population facing diverse mental health challenges. Our clients may include adults and adolescents grappling with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and related mental health issues. Your role will be central in helping them build resilience and coping strategies within a supportive and understanding environment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to actively participate in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience working in a community health setting or with diverse populations is a plus.
• Previous training or certification in trauma-informed care approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices.
