This role is performed entirely remotely, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while serving clients who require mental health support. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and mental health status effectively.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and nurse practitioners, to ensure cohesive treatment strategies and shared client goals.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance the quality of care and facilitate professional growth.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and available community resources, thereby empowering clients to make informed decisions.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and best practices to enhance therapeutic interventions and outcomes.
• Document all client interactions and progress accurately in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Your work will primarily focus on clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relational issues. You will engage with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, providing a safe space for healing and growth. Your expertise will not only support individuals but also help families navigate the complexities of mental health care, fostering resilience and understanding within households.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
• A current and active LICSW license in the state of Washington.
• At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical or community health setting.
• Proficient knowledge of solution-focused therapy modalities and evidence-based practices.

• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural competency in addressing the needs of clients from various backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the technological tools to efficiently manage remote therapeutic sessions.
• Prior involvement in interdisciplinary team-based care initiatives to ensure holistic client support.
