• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses, employing evidence-based techniques for diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that genuinely reflect clients' therapy goals and specific needs.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, equipping clients with practical tools and coping strategies to manage their conditions effectively.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to comprehensive client care.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately within our EHR system, maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and contribute to an inclusive and collaborative environment.
• Engage in professional development activities, including continuing education opportunities, to stay updated on the best practices and advancements in mental health counseling.

Your client base will encompass a wide range of individuals facing various challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions such as substance abuse or eating disorders. You will work closely with each client to create a safe space for them to discuss their struggles, allowing for personalized therapy that acknowledges their unique experiences. • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, providing direct therapeutic services to individuals or groups.
• A thorough understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and the importance of cultural competence in therapy.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and communication.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, using culturally responsive techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral networks within the Beaverton area.
