• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students who are working towards their clinical licensure, helping them navigate their educational journey with expert guidance.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to clients from a diverse range of backgrounds, addressing their unique mental health needs effectively.
• Collaborate closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, therapeutic goals, and best practices in mental health.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation and records in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

As a mental health counselor at Evergreen, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid state license is required (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).
