As an LCSW, your responsibilities will encompass a range of essential activities to provide exceptional psychiatric care. Specific duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans based on established best practices.
• Delivering evidence-based psychotherapy services, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address varying mental health concerns.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient records.
• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to formulate integrated treatment strategies for optimal patient outcomes.
• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at improving clinical practices and patient care quality.
• Education and empowerment of patients and their families about mental health issues, including treatment options and available community resources.

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 83,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
