• Engage in collaborative care as you work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and behavioral case managers, to develop integrated treatment plans.
• Participate in the development and implementation of innovative therapy protocols, contributing to experimental treatment modalities that expand the effectiveness of our counseling services.
• Deliver culturally sensitive counseling, leveraging evidence-based techniques to assist clients in achieving their mental health objectives.
• Conduct thorough psychological assessments, preparing detailed reports that provide insights and recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
• Perform biopsychosocial evaluations to determine the suitability of clients for various counseling approaches and work assignments.
• Maintain minimal paperwork while ensuring comprehensive documentation of client interactions and progress in alignment with regulatory standards.
• Provide case management services, coordinating efforts with clients and external providers to facilitate a seamless continuum of care.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development, including mastering proprietary curricula focused on bettering our collaborative care models.

Our work primarily involves providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. You will address a broad range of issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and substance abuse, emphasizing both individual and family-centered approaches to treatment.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• A valid mental health professional license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as per state regulations, authorizing you to practice in the U.S.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, as confirmed through a third-party verification process.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience in a mental health setting, particularly with children and families, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and innovative mental health treatments.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and shared learning.
