• Engage in direct collaboration with psychiatrists, nurses, and coaches to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs.
• Pioneer and implement innovative therapy protocols, assessing their effectiveness in real time to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Participate in regular training sessions focused on our proprietary curriculum, emphasizing a collaborative care model that integrates various therapy techniques.
• Administer comprehensive psychological assessments and create detailed reports, delivering feedback and vocational recommendations tailored to clients’ comprehension levels.
• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to gauge client readiness for specific work assignments or referrals.
• Deliver culturally sensitive counseling services for both mental health and substance abuse issues to individuals and groups, encompassing case management strategies that ensure continuity of care.
• Act as a consultative resource for clients, case managers, and external providers to coordinate and enhance client care effectively.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to motivate clients toward achieving their personal goals, facilitating a stronger sense of independence and well-being.

You will work closely with children, teenagers, and their families, addressing an array of mental health challenges. Our client population reflects diverse backgrounds, requiring an understanding and appreciation of cultural sensitivities in therapy practices. • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensing as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.
• Demonstrable record with no history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a Third Party.

• Previous work experience in a community health clinic or similar setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and techniques.
• Experience engaging with pediatric and adolescent populations, particularly those experiencing mental health and substance abuse issues.
