About Fluke Health Solutions - Landauer

At Fluke Health Solutions, Landauer is a trusted leader in radiation monitoring and dosimetry solutions. Within our Industrial & Government business, we support customers operating in highly regulated environments where accuracy, audit readiness, and operational reliability are critical. This role will help expand Landauer's presence in the nuclear power segment by bringing deep customer understanding, technical credibility, and strong commercial execution.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable commercial leader to drive growth for Landauer within Fluke Health Solutions' Industrial & Government space, with a specific focus on the nuclear power segment. This role will combine business development, account management, technical sales support, and market insight to identify opportunities, deepen customer relationships, and position Landauer as a strategic dosimetry partner. The ideal candidate will bring intimate knowledge of dosimetry workflows in nuclear environments, understand the operational and regulatory realities of nuclear power plants, and be able to engage credibly with radiation protection, health physics, and plant leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth across Landauer's Industrial & Government segment within Fluke Health Solutions, with primary emphasis on commercial nuclear power accounts and related stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that align Landauer's dosimetry capabilities with customer needs in radiation protection, outage support, dose-of-record management, ALARA programs, and emergency preparedness.
  • Serve as a trusted technical and commercial partner to nuclear power plant customers by leading discovery conversations, solution positioning, technical presentations, and proposal development.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of dosimetry operations, badge processing workflows, contractor dose tracking, and audit-defensible reporting to identify customer pain points and articulate Landauer's value.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product management, service, and leadership teams to translate voice-of-customer insights into segment growth strategies and solution enhancements.
  • Support customer evaluations, pilots, onboarding, and implementation efforts to ensure successful adoption and long-term retention.
  • Represent Landauer and Fluke Health Solutions at industry meetings, customer site visits, and trade events, building credibility and strengthening relationships within the nuclear power community.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive activity, and regulatory expectations that shape dosimetry purchasing decisions in nuclear power.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Required experience working in or directly supporting nuclear power plants.
  • Intimate knowledge of dosimetry functions in nuclear power, including occupational monitoring, dose-of-record processes, badge workflows, and related operational requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with radiation protection, health physics, operations, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Experience in business development, technical sales, account growth, or customer-facing commercial roles is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulated operating environments and the importance of compliance, traceability, and audit readiness.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and operational needs into clear business value.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
