About the Role:

Join QUANTUM HEALTHGROUP LLC as a Home Health Registered Nurse, where you will provide compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients while fostering a supportive environment for our staff.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Provide wound care and manage IV therapy as needed.

Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Texas.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or community health.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

CPR and First Aid certification required.

Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care.
