Proficient knowledge of acute hemodialysis, CRRT, plasma apheresis, and peritoneal dialysis is crucial for delivering high-quality patient care. Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills will enable you to identify changes in patient conditions promptly, while expertise in treatment initiation and termination is vital for effective care management. Your acute care nursing background should be complemented by excellent IV therapy skills, ensuring you can provide efficient and safe treatment.Additionally, holding a current BLS/CPR certification and an active Illinois RN license is mandatory. With a minimum of one year of dialysis experience, you will bring valuable insights to the team.
