NorthEast Alliance Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our clinical team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to influence the well-being of individuals and families, contributing to our mission of providing accessible and personalized mental healthcare. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment that emphasizes innovative therapeutic practices and patient-centered care.

About the Organization

At NorthEast Alliance Counseling Services, we envision a society where mental and physical healthcare operate in harmony, enhancing the lives of those we serve. As one of the fastest-growing behavioral health practices in the United States, our commitment lies in improving access to effective and compassionate mental healthcare.

We understand that meaningful change in mental health is achievable through dedicated professionals. By building a diverse and skilled team, we create a supportive environment that fosters personal and professional development for all staff members.

Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing our counselors to maintain a flexible schedule while still delivering high-quality care to clients in Castle Rock, Colorado, and beyond. Our outpatient office model means that while you will work independently in your home office, you will remain closely connected with your colleagues and support staff through regular online meetings, collaborative supervision, and an array of professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine therapy needs and develop tailored treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
  • Document all clinical interactions accurately and in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to remain current with industry trends and best practices in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges related to trauma, substance misuse, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Counselors will provide support to adults, families, and couples, establishing a safe and nurturing environment that promotes healing and personal growth.

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor license (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling setting, preferably with direct clinical experience.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within a collaborative healthcare framework or multidisciplinary team is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:

  • Access to comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Payment of malpractice insurance to protect your practice.
  • A supportive framework for billing and documentation to significantly reduce administrative workload, allowing you to focus on patient care.
  • Generous client referrals to expand your practice and enhance your caseload.
Career Growth Opportunities

NorthEast Alliance Counseling Services values personal and professional growth. Employees have access to various training sessions, mentorship programs, and opportunities to lead workshops and contribute to our organizational strategies. This role also enables counselors to explore specializations that fit their interests and expertise, paving the way for advancement within the company.

Why Join Our Team

We celebrate diversity and cultivate an inclusive workplace that encourages collaboration and innovation. As a counselor with NorthEast Alliance Counseling Services, you will have the ability to make a tangible difference in people’s lives while growing your own practice in a thriving environment.
