Live Chat Representative serves as the first point of contact for students, families, and community members through live chat and online messaging platforms. This role provides timely, friendly, and professional support by answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting individuals with the appropriate programs and resources.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to live chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about Island Grad Inc.'s programs, services, and events.
  • Assist students, families, and community members with general questions and support requests.
