Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, families facing difficulties related to trauma, substance use, or relationships, and marginalized groups seeking advocacy and support. Your work will directly influence their journey towards recovery and empowerment, addressing challenges present within the Greater Springfield area and beyond.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory to practice in Massachusetts.
  • Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational skills that facilitate the formation of trusting relationships with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within a nonprofit organization or in community mental health settings is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with social justice issues, advocacy efforts, trauma-informed care principles, and knowledge of local community resources.

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive sign-on bonus. Grace Recovery & Rehabilitation values its employees and offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage, including medical, dental, and vision.
  • Retirement plans with employer contributions to support long-term financial security.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, personal days, and holidays to ensure employee well-being.
  • Ongoing opportunities for professional development and career growth within the nonprofit sector, fostering both personal fulfillment and professional advancement.
  • Insurance coverage to safeguard health and wellness.
