Point Quest Mental Counseling Center is actively seeking licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing tailored mental health services that empower clients to overcome personal challenges and achieve lasting well-being.

About the Organization

Point Quest Mental Counseling Center is a premier provider of mental health services located in Augusta, Georgia. Our center is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based therapy that meets the unique needs of individuals facing mental health challenges. We combine a team of experienced licensed therapists who are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for all clients. Our mission is to foster personal growth and resilience through individualized care.

Work Environment

At Point Quest, we recognize the importance of flexibility in today's fast-paced world. Our remote work setting allows you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring that you can reach clients and provide necessary support from the comfort of your own home or preferred environment. This setup not only promotes work-life balance but also caters to the accessibility needs of our diverse client population. You'll collaborate with a passionate team of professionals who are equally committed to supporting mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to gather essential information.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific client goals and challenges using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth, healing, and resilience.
  • Utilize teletherapy technology effectively, maintaining a high level of engagement and communication with clients during virtual sessions.
  • Establish and monitor therapeutic goals, regularly evaluating client progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the administrative integrity of our practice.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and staying updated with best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed therapist at Point Quest, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our telehealth model allows us to reach clients who may otherwise face barriers to accessing care, thereby expanding our positive impact on the community.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as a Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with the treatment team.
  • A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities to handle a caseload efficiently.
Preferred Experience

While we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, experience in teletherapy is highly valued. Prior work in a private practice setting or familiarity with clients facing trauma, anxiety, and depression will be considered an advantage. A passion for client-centered care is essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Point Quest offers a competitive compensation package, ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on caseload and relevant experience. We value our employees and offer a range of benefits, including:

  • A supportive work environment focused on collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Administrative assistance with scheduling, billing, and insurance processes, allowing you to focus on client care.
  • Continuing education reimbursement for professional development opportunities.
  • Professional autonomy to design treatment plans and manage your clinical approach.

At Point Quest, we prioritize the professional growth of our staff. We provide access to resources that support your development as a mental health professional. Opportunities for advancement within the organization may arise as we expand our services and client base, allowing you to take on leadership roles or specialized positions in mental health care.

Why Join Our Team

If you are a licensed therapist motivated by the desire to make a significant impact on individuals seeking support, Point Quest Mental Counseling Center is the ideal environment for you.
