• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to gather essential information.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific client goals and challenges using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth, healing, and resilience.
• Utilize teletherapy technology effectively, maintaining a high level of engagement and communication with clients during virtual sessions.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals, regularly evaluating client progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the administrative integrity of our practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and staying updated with best practices in mental health care.

As a licensed therapist at Point Quest, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our telehealth model allows us to reach clients who may otherwise face barriers to accessing care, thereby expanding our positive impact on the community.

• A current and valid state license as a Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with the treatment team.
• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities to handle a caseload efficiently.

While we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, experience in teletherapy is highly valued. Prior work in a private practice setting or familiarity with clients facing trauma, anxiety, and depression will be considered an advantage.
