These technicians collect and review data from sleep tests, such as polysomnography, to help diagnose sleep disorders. Although they are not registered or certified, they play a supportive role in the sleep medicine team, often focusing on data scoring, patient monitoring, and troubleshooting technical issues with sleep equipment. Their remote position allows them to work from home or offsite, using secure connections to access patient data and communicate with clinical teams.
