Peaceful Mindcare Counseling Services, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote position. This unique opportunity involves working with students in a school setting based in Saint Helens, Oregon, where you will leverage your clinical expertise to provide essential mental health support to children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans for students, addressing various mental health issues—including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional disturbances—by employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with students facing a variety of psychological challenges. This population includes children and adolescents dealing with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, learning difficulties, social skills deficits, and other emotional challenges. Your role is pivotal in helping these young individuals navigate their educational experiences while managing their mental health.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • An active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Oregon.
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and a deep understanding of child and adolescent mental health issues.
Preferred Experience
