Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to perform your responsibilities from the comfort of your home while maintaining an outpatient focus on care. You will have the flexibility to adjust your schedule to better serve your clients and their needs. Our typical hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility necessary to accommodate evening or weekend appointments as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices.
  • Implement recognized therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable standards to protect client confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other counselors, to provide holistic care for clients.
  • Participate in monthly case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance clinical practices and improve treatment effectiveness.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community support services, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Stay current with research developments and mental health trends to offer the highest standard of care to clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in a relevant field, including Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and the ability to adapt these methods to meet the unique needs of individual clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with clients from various backgrounds.
