• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health statuses and needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, setting collaborative goals with clients to meet their unique needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy to offer virtual therapy sessions, maintaining a high level of engagement and support.
• Respond to crises by providing prompt intervention services to assure client safety and wellbeing.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of industry best practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

Our client population is diverse, consisting primarily of adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. As a counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with motivated clients eager to improve their mental health, enabling you to make a significant impact in their lives.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a full caseload.
