The Recovery-Plus Family & Youth Mental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team full-time. You will collaborate virtually with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure continuity of care. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify patient needs.
• Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals, challenges, and cultural backgrounds.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.
• Provide crisis intervention services and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure immediate support for patients experiencing acute distress.
• Document clinical information accurately, including treatment plans and progress notes, compliant with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health strategies, fostering empowerment and self-management skills.
• Participate in regular case consultations with the multidisciplinary team to evaluate treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in the field of mental health through continuous professional development.
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure confidentiality of all client information at all times.

You will primarily work with families and youth facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our client population includes individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role is crucial in providing tailored support that respects and understands the multifaceted identities of our clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building rapport with diverse populations.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting focused on family and youth mental health.
• Experience using therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and SFBT.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and clinical documentation.
