• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, identifying their strengths and challenges.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that articulate goals, therapeutic interventions, and monitoring of progress, in collaboration with students, families, and educational support staff.
• Provide crisis intervention services during moments of acute distress, including but not limited to risk assessments and safety planning.
• Advocate for client rights and empower students by connecting them to essential community resources and case management support.
• Engage in community outreach programs and initiatives that promote mental health awareness and provide education to students, families, and school staff.

Your role will focus on serving a diverse population of students from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges related to personal, social, and academic pressures. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
