• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status to inform treatment planning and intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s personal goals, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health journey.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to effectively create impactful change.
• Provide teletherapy options, allowing clients the flexibility to engage in therapy sessions via secure, user-friendly video conferencing platforms.
• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, employing expert de-escalation skills and compassionate support for clients facing urgent mental health issues.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and trainings to stay updated on the latest therapeutic approaches and mental health best practices.

You will work with a diverse adult client population, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Your ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach will be critical in building trusting therapeutic relationships that encourage client growth and healing.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Completion of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create meaningful connections with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities effectively.
• A solid understanding of ethical guidelines as evidenced by a clean disciplinary record with the licensing board.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services is highly preferred, showcasing your adaptability to innovative treatment delivery methods.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and modalities to cater to the unique needs of clients from varied backgrounds.

• This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, reflecting your experience and caseload responsibilities.
