This role is entirely remote, providing flexibility in work-life balance while being part of a dynamic community health clinic environment. You will receive ongoing support from your colleagues and supervisors and participate in team meetings that foster collaboration and continuous improvement. The clinic serves a diverse patient population in Beaverton, Oregon, allowing you to broaden your clinical experience and develop a range of therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize our electronic medical record (EMR) system to document patient progress, manage treatment plans, and track client outcomes effectively.
• Attend and actively contribute to scheduled team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care and share insights.
• Maintain adherence to the ethical standards of the mental health profession while ensuring compliance with all pertinent policies and procedures of Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills by prioritizing caseloads and following directives from your supervisor to maintain service quality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and obtaining additional certifications as required by licensing bodies.
• Provide clients with information and resources to assist with identified financial and social needs, contributing to their overall well-being.
• Maintain current credentials, including a valid Oregon Drivers’ License and certifications in CPR and First Aid.
• Adaptably respond to changing caseload demands while pursuing assigned tasks with enthusiasm and initiative.

Your primary focus will be on youth and young adults, offering therapeutic services that address a range of mental health issues. This may include, but is not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. You will employ various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs, focusing on building resilience and fostering personal growth.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Applicants residing in other states must be willing to obtain Oregon licensure as a condition of employment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and other professionals within a therapeutic setting.

• Experience working in a high-volume clinical setting where the ability to triage tasks effectively was essential.
• Demonstrated skill in motivating clients and maintaining enthusiasm in therapeutic engagements.
• Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus but not mandatory.

Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide:
