• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote positive mental health.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's preferences and requirements.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and actively monitor their progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients facing geographical or personal challenges.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all client interactions, adhering to ethical standards and best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training to enhance your skills.

You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, each seeking support for various mental health concerns. Our client population is representative of the vibrant Beaverton community, and we are focused on helping them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise will be crucial in providing the guidance and understanding they need during vulnerable times.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy, emphasizing a non-judgmental attitude.
• Organizational skills to manage caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

• Prior experience in a community health setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly those suitable for virtual therapy sessions.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
