Position: Digital Content Developer
Duties: Design, develop, and maintain interactive, user-centric web applications that deliver seamless digital experiences. Focus primarily on front-end technologies while supporting some serverside integrations and emerging AI-driven functionalities. Contribute to building responsive interfaces, optimizing performance, and incorporating intelligent features such as chatbots, recommendation systems, and data-driven personalization. Provide Front-End Development: develop, enhance, and maintain customer-facing web applications and internal tools using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, JSON, and XML; translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web interfaces; build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to extend application functionality; optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility; and create reusable code libraries and UI components following established development standards. Provide AI and Automation Integration: collaborate with product and AI engineering teams to integrate AIpowered features such as chatbots or conversational assistants to enhance user interaction, personalized recommendations using AI-driven algorithms, and search optimization using semantic or generative AI models; use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT API) to enhance development speed and code quality; implement predictive UI logic or automated testing using AI-based frameworks; contribute to data labeling, model feedback loops, or front-end interfaces for AI model outputs; and stay up to date with AI/ML technologies relevant to front-end applications, such as generative design, NLP-based interactions, and adaptive UI systems. Deliver Collaboration and Standards: partner with back-end engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences; participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure delivery of robust and maintainable software; develop unit, integration, and regression tests to maintain code reliability; maintain technical documentation, including design specs, testing reports, and release notes; establish and communicate front-end best practices, coding guidelines, and performance standards. Provide Continuous Improvement: research, prototype, and evaluate emerging front-end and AI frameworks to enhance product capabilities; analyze user data and behavior metrics to suggest data-informed UX improvements; and proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes or improve performance through AI-driven tooling.
Min Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or closely related field, 2 years relevant professional experience, including 2 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery; 2 years of experience with Node.js, JSON/XML data structures, and API integrations; 1 year of experience with AI concepts or practical use of AI-powered development tools; 2 years of experience in responsive design, web accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility; and 1 year of experience with version control (Git) and modern build tools (Webpack, NPM, etc.).
