Position: Node.js Tech Lead / Architect
We are seeking an experienced Node.js Tech Lead/Architect with strong expertise in designing and deploying serverless applications on AWS Lambda. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development, cloud-native architecture, and scalable microservices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain Node.js-based serverless applications on AWS Lambda.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations using AWS services including API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, etc.
  • Architect, build, and manage high-performance microservices with strong scalability and reliability.
  • Optimize Lambda functions for cold start reduction, concurrency management, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure best practices in cloud-native development, CI/CD, and code quality.

Required Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in Node.js / JavaScript development (TypeScript is a plus).
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture.
  • Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, async/await.
  • Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, EventBridge.
  • Familiarity with serverless frameworks (Serverless Framework, SAM, CDK, etc.).

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
